A tiny park has done a deal with the nearby town to allow expansion through the town itself.
Urban Park is the second-to-last scenario in Corkscrew Follies which takes place in a city, with a very small park with only two gentle rides.

- There are a few areas in this scenario where it is possible to buy land and construction rights on the exact same square.
- If you look carefully, the town section is very similar to the one in the Bumbly Beach [1] scenario.
- Merry-Go-Round has an entrance and exit, but their paths are exchanged.
