Pokey Park
Overview
A small, cramped amusement park which requires major expansion.
The last Park Value scenario in the original RCT, Pokey Park is just that - small. It seems hopeless to try and cram $10,000 of rides into the small area available at start, but more land is available to buy across the road, and construction rights are available to buy above it.
This scenario is known as Dinky Park in the American version of the game, and Parc Minus in the French one.

Other Notes
- Players can access a small part of the road surrounding the outside of the park. By purchasing construction rights for the corner section of the road, where it is more than one unit above the land, that part of the road can be turned to a path.
- This is the first scenario in vanilla RCT where the Water Splash option is available from the start : it previously had to be researched individually.
