The First Aid Room is a stall in RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. The First Aid Room completely eliminates the nausea of any guest that enters it. First Aid Rooms will work anywhere where nauseous guests are, but are most effective when placed near the exits of high-nausea roller coasters and thrill rides. Using First Aid Rooms in those places can significantly reduce the amount of vomit that accumulates on paths, though not all nauseous guests will choose to use a First Aid Room or be able to get to one in time.

The First Aid Room is free for guests; there is no option for players to charge money for its use. In RCT2, First Aid Rooms have no operating cost; they only incur a cost when they are constructed or relocated. In RCT3, First Aid Rooms do incur operating fees in addition to construction and relocation costs.

• In RCT3, the room can be entered from all sides despite only having one door.
• Just like the Toilets, the First Aid Room has no limits in terms of guest capacity: any number of guests can enter it at any time.
