In fact, this is one of the easiest scenarii to complete -if not the easiest- in the vanilla game. Follow this simple guide and get an easy victory :
#Sell the Goliath Coaster.
#Sell every bit of scenery affiliated with this ride. This includes the waiting queue and exit path. You should be able to repay at least 3/4 of the actual debt.
#Sell the Flashback Coaster. You now can repay your loan in it's entirety.
#Repay your loan.
#Sign and leave.
