This scenario isn't really that hard. As a matter of fact, this scenario may be the easiest and quickest scenario to complete. At the beginning of the scenario, delete Goliath as well as several other rides until you have made at least $50000. Make sure to only delete as many rides as you need to get enough cash, as overdoing it will result in too large of a drop in park value. At this point, the scenario will be complete as soon as you reduce your loan down to $0. After you're done, feel free to rebuild the rides or toy with the other scenarios.

#Sell every bit of scenery affiliated with this ride. This includes the waiting queue and exit path.
#Sell the Flashback Coaster.
