-The annoying part about this scenario is that you have to give free rides, but you can really jack up your entrance fee if you want. In general, I say build a coaster, another tracked ride, and a ton of platform rides. Also, do not landscape out the giant hill to the left of the entrance. Instead, build an elevator that goes to the top of it, and then put a few platform rides up there. In fact, if you intend to build a compact inverted coaster, start it on top of the hill to increase excitement. The guests in park requirement here is no sweat, because they'll start coming in as you build attractions. For the loan objective, just pay it off asap, at the beginning of the scenario if you feel like it, though that might leave you a bit short on cash. For the park value, just keep on building platform rides and you win.
