Grand Glacier

From RollerCoaster Tycoon Wiki Wiki, the RollerCoaster Tycoon encyclopedia that anyone can edit.

Overview

A glacier-filled valley is yours to develop into a theme park.

The landscape for this park is generally uneven. This is the first scenario which has a higher park rating difficulty level, which means your guests are harder to please.

Scenario Guide

Most of the rides and paths were built underground in this park. Scenario finished by RollercoastertycoonX.
Remember:
  • The Scenario Guide below is only a suggested strategy for completing this scenario—it may not work for all players.
  • The General Scenario Guide and Hints and Tips articles may also provide helpful information in completing this scenario.
  • There are usually multiple strategies to successfully completing a scenario; these can be discussed on the scenario's discussion page or written down in an existing or additional section of this article.

This park allows you to be creative and design the whole park from scratch. It is usually easier to build on the glacier, although roller coasters should be built on the side to save space. You do not need as many roller coasters in this park compared to some previous parks, but make sure you have plenty of other rides. While you have to research a drink stall, the coffee shop works fine so do not worry about researching shops and stalls.

Other Notes

  • In real life, chances are that the glacier would be unsutible for building on, as it moves, most likely taking the park along with it downstream
