Overview

A scary park with a giant centerpiece coaster.

Frightmare hills is the 17th scenario in rollercoaster tycoon loopy landscapes, the park starts off with one ride a large inverted rollercoaster, the parks theming is based upon the spooky/creepy theming.

Guests in this park are more difficult to attract and, like in Grand Glacier, harder to please. Those handycaps combined make this scenario harder than it looks on the first glance.

First of all, consider demolishing Frightmare, as its nausea rating is far too high. Build a Scrambled Eggs and a Wooden Crazy Rodent Roller Coaster to start generating profit. As money accumulates, add more roller coasters and smaller attractions, maintaining a wide variety of rides to please everyone who visits the park. You may choose to add more theming objects if you wish, but that drains money that could otherwise be used for marketing campaigns and more roller coasters.

Listen to your guests' comments. Don't be afraid to add shops and stalls at every corner if you have to, so long as your rides are bringing in plenty of money. It's easier to attract guests in the first year, so pull out your maximum loan to give your park a jump-start with some exciting roller coasters if that's what it takes. Keep your park rating up, keep building rides and advertise frequently - you'll need to pull out all the stops to succeed here.
