Park Value

From RollerCoaster Tycoon Wiki Wiki, the RollerCoaster Tycoon encyclopedia that anyone can edit.

Park value measures the material value of the rides and objects within a park. In essence, the park value is the amount of money that the player would receive if every ride and attraction in the park were demolished. This value fluctuates, based on the addition or removal of rides and attractions, and the tendency for aged rides to be worth less than they were when they were first built.

There are other factors influencing the park value, possibly the popularity of the rides (hence how much revenue they are generating).
