Talk:Park Value

From RollerCoaster Tycoon Wiki Wiki, the RollerCoaster Tycoon encyclopedia that anyone can edit.

I've been doing a little in-game research into park value, and I think I've stumbled on something interesting. Based on my math and testing in multiple RCT1 scenarios, I believe that each guest within a park increases the park value by exactly $3. I opened a park, built rides and brought the guest count up to exactly 606. Then I closed the park and blocked off the park exit, and demolished every ride and attraction within the park. Once this was done, my park value was exactly $1,818.00. This number, divided by 606, equals a value of $3 per guest. This amount correlates exactly with an experiment I had held in a brand-new park, in which I noticed that each new guest entering a park with only one ride would increase the park value by exactly $3.

If anyone has noticed a pattern like this, please let me know. -- LostInRiverview talk ~ blog 18:37, July 11, 2013 (UTC)
