Mineral Park is similar to Pokey Park from the original campaign. It's a good idea to save some room, therefore, compact roller coasters are the way to go. You may also consider build tracked rides on the borders to save space.

Start by placing some small Gentle Rides on the side, with a food court nearby. To get a good park value, you're going to have to build roller coasters! You can with building a Steel Wild Mouse Roller Coaster or Wooden Crazy Rodent Roller Coaster, as these two roller coasters tend to have high excitement ratings. To transport people up and down, you can rely traditionally on a Chairlift, but a Log Flume or River Ride also work well.
