At first it looks like the height restriction is the only problem, but then the player can notice an even bigger problem, because you want to build a ride, or a Drink or Food Stall. It get's even worse when you try to build underground, because raising or lowering the ground is also forbidden. And the player isn't allowed to remove trees. On the bright side, the use of marketing campaigns is allowed.
At first glance, it seems as if the height restriction is your only challenge, but you will realize as soon as you attempt to build a ride or stall, remove a tree, or adjust the landscape that you have far more than just the height restriction to overcome. On the bright side, you are still allowed to use marketing campaigns.

This is a very hard Scenario if you don't know what to do. To get started, build a Rollercoaster with an intensity rating of about 3-5, a Gentle Ride, and an Information Kiosk. Set research to maximum funding and only research Shops/Stalls until the Candy Apple Stand and Drink Stall are developed, so those can be built. After that it's highly recommended to research Thrill Rides, Gentle Rides, and/or Rollercoasters. Also, don't plant trees unless they won't get in the way. Because, like mentioned before, trees can't be removed. You can also remove some pathways to not only get some more money, to also prevent guests from getting lost early on. You can reconnect them later, when the park develops more.
Even if you know what to do, this scenario will not be easy. To get started, build a medium-intensity roller coaster, a merry-go-round, and an information kiosk. Set your research funding to maximum and direct your priorities to Shops and Stalls until the Candy Apple Stand and Drink Stall are researched, then direct your priorities to Roller Coasters and Thrill Rides. Unless you are charging a gate fee and are planning to build evenly throughout the park, disconnect the path to the back area of the park until you have at least 400 guests and need the extra space.

When building roller coasters, choose the type carefully. Certain varieties (i.e. Steel Mini, Virginia Reel, and Steel Wild Mouse) do not need very large slopes to have good excitement ratings, provided the rest of the design is adequate. The Vertical Roller Coaster may also tunnel underground using vertical track, making the height restriction less of a handicap. While you should not expect excitement ratings to be very high here, aim for a rating of 4.50 from a Steel Mini and 5.00 from other types of roller coaster.

Certain varieties (e.g. Steel Mini, Virginia Reel, and Steel Wild Mouse) do not need very large slopes to have good excitement ratings provided the rest of the design is adequate. The ability for the Vertical Roller Coaster to tunnel underground using vertical track also helps to overcome the height restriction, although it requires care in use to keep the trains from stalling out as they rise back above the ground. Although you cannot expect rides to be very exciting here, aim for an excitement rating of 4.50 from the Steel Mini and 5.00 from other roller coaster types.

If you have played Rainbow Valley, this scenario should be much easier to you, as you probably know the system and trick to not building underground, but the height restriction may get you in trouble, as you can't build very tall rides.
If you have not yet completed Rainbow Valley from the original pack, consider doing so to prepare yourself for this scenario. You may still struggle with the height restriction, but you will be more prepared to deal with the tree removal and landscape adjustment restrictions you will face here.

If you're having trouble building rides, you should construct rides like the Car Ride, Go Karts, and Steel Wild Mouse Roller Coaster due to the fact that they can be built in tight spaces with their sharp turns (The Go Karts and Steel Wild Mouse Roller Coaster need to be researched first).

Overview

Park Description

The local authority won't allow you to build above tree height in this park.

At first glance, it seems as if the height restriction is your only challenge, but you will realize as soon as you attempt to build a ride or stall, remove a tree, or adjust the landscape that you have far more than just the height restriction to overcome. On the bright side, you are still allowed to use marketing campaigns.

Scenario Guide

Remember:
 • The Scenario Guide below is only a suggested strategy for completing this scenario—it may not work for all players.
 • The General Scenario Guide and Hints and Tips articles may also provide helpful information in completing this scenario.
 • There are usually multiple strategies to successfully completing a scenario; these can be discussed on the scenario's discussion page or written down in an existing or additional section of this article.
