Overview
The authorities have decided to enhance tourism around the Great Wall by building a theme park on the adjacent land. Money is no object!
Is the second scenario in the Wacky Worlds expansion pack, it takes place on the Great Wall of China. This scenario doesn't use money and it is forbidden to use land tools.
