The best tip for this scenario is to keep to the flat area and use the hills around it for building your rides and coasters. Build the vital stalls (e.g. Drinks Stall, Fried Rice Noodles Stall, etc) and a couple of flat rides. Also employ some staff.

Now build your first coaster. Pre-sets are harder to use due to the lack of flat land, so an Inverted Impulse Coaster is quick and easy to build. Keep expanding your park from here. A Log Flume is also a good idea. Keep expanding, and the 800 guest goal won't be far off. This scenario is definitely one of the easier ones.
