On a far-away planet this area of land needs turning into a theme park.

Venus Ponds is the second last park in the Loopy Landscapes expansion pack, it is also the last park to have orange water. Like in Frightmare Hills and Southern Sands, the guests in this scenario are more difficult to attract and harder to please.

This one is far harder than it looks since the difficulty is increased. Having 4 years to complete this is blessing and boon, since some rides will outdate in this span of time. Keep researching and building rides throughout the whole 4 years to counter this and use all the space you have available.

Also make heavy use of marketing and keep ride fees as low as possible since your guests won't have too much money available. In doubt, make most of or even the whole park, including food and drinks, free.
