Overview

In the hilly forests of Mothball Mountain, build a theme park from scratch.

Beginning with a small park, you must start from absolutely nothing to attracting 800 guests. There is more land to buy, but at $90 a parcel it isn't cheap. This is technically the hardest scenario in the game but If you don't cram as much and keep the rides at a low price, This park will be a little easy.

Mothball Mountain contains no pre-built rides.

This scenario is known as Mystic Mountain in the European version of the game.

Scenario Guide

Remember:
  • The Scenario Guide below is only a suggested strategy for completing this scenario—it may not work for all players.
  • The General Scenario Guide and Hints and Tips articles may also provide helpful information in completing this scenario.
  • There are usually multiple strategies to successfully completing a scenario; these can be discussed on the scenario's discussion page or written down in an existing or additional section of this article.

This Scenario is not hard if you know what you're doing. To start off, build a Roller Coaster - to the left of the entrance is a small bit of flat ground which is optimal for building a small roller coaster. Add a gentle ride and a thrill ride. Food shops should be added along with a few bathrooms and the park can be expanded at a medium pace.

Two or three roller coasters should be enough to keep guests happy, so spend your money on smaller rides that will also attract guests. If you learned to build compact and/or underground in earlier scenarios, it will come in handy. With a little landscaping on the other side of the water, you can create a small cliff for underground roller coasters.

Don't forget to built some Information Kiosk, because it rains alot in this park. Also, you should built many rides that are either mostly underground, or completely cover so that guests can ride them when it's raining.

Since land cost $90 to buy, you should only buy land if you have the money to expand your park. You don't need to buy land at the beginning of the park, but you can later, if you have some extra money to spend.

Three years should be plenty of time, as usual, make use of marketing if you need some more guests.
