Keep in mind that you do not own the land under the big palace in the center, so don't even try to build under it. Anyway, start off by building a boat hire or two, but make it non-tracked (station only) otherwise you will spend a lot of money at a very high rate. Next off, build a few of the tracked water rides (preferably river rapids then either a log flume or rafts) and one non-water coaster. After that, put in a few food and drink stalls for guests and preferably an Cash Machine if it's available. Then just keep on building stalls and flat rides and you should be good. Also, you should use marketing campaigns, as your Park Value tends to go up at a very slow rate.
