First you start with an empty park open it, and use pre-built rides to attract guests (preferably inverted impulse coasters) and after you get enough park guests, make "areas"

An "area" is a place that consists of 1-2 roller coasters a thrill ride & a gentle ride with the paths being non-linear & around the gentle and thrill rides. Also you want each "area" with a ride that can & will appeal to anyone. You're also going to need each "area" with 2-3 handyman keeping patrol there

The bank also allows loans to be up to $50,000 so you're not going to have problems as long as you follow the strategy.

If you follow the strategy provided & you've beaten crazy castle with ease then it should not be a problem doing well with this
