The combination of the high guest goal, the wet weather, and the restriction of building only old-fashioned rides make this scenario one of the most difficult Loopy Landscapes scenarios so far. Although you will need to build mostly low-profit indoor rides such as the [[Haunted House]], the [[Merry-Go-Round]], the [[Crooked House]], the [[Circus]], and the [[3D Cinema]], you can charge as much as $20 for umbrellas most of the time. |

This park is a tougher park since you need to get a lot of guests in three years and you are only allowed to build old fashioned rides. Make sure you build most or even all of the available rides indoor, since it rains a lot. However, feel free to push the prices for umbrellas, as rain is a sword sharp on both sides : people won't ride outdoor rides, yet they'll be willing to pay up to 20$ for an umbrella. |

You can borrow up to $22,000, so build a roller coaster early on to start bringing in guests and revenue. Do your best to keep most of it underground so that guests will be willing to ride it in the rain. Feel free to build Crazy Rodent-type roller coasters on the surface, but keep their footprints small to keep costs down and save space. |

Rides like the [[Haunted House]], the [[Merry-Go-Round]], the [[Crooked House]], the [[Circus]] and the [[3D Cinema]] will function in the rain, so build them out. |

Continue expanding the park as quickly as your budget will allow. Advertise as much as you possibly can to keep your guest count high. |

You can borrow up to $22,000, so an early roller coaster will start bringing in a good amount of money. Build it underground if you can, so it will still function even when rain will grace your park and so give you money even when it rains and no other rides are working. |
|||
Continue expanding the park as fast as you are making money. Pushing on advertising will help you pass the goal of this park. |
