The Complete Awards List below includes awards from each original game and their expansion packs. Positive awards lure people to the park, while negative awards chase people out of your park. It takes about 4 months for an award to no longer be displayed under "Awards" in your park window.

Roller Coaster Tycoon

Positive Awards

Positive Awards will draw additional guests to the park, like advertising campaigns. They also increase the Park Rating.

Base Game

• Best Value Park Award

The player gets this award when the entry fee and ride admissions are very low. It might be a good idea to increase the prices for a higher income if the player is short on cash, but the additional guests are usually more beneficial.

• Tidiest Park Award

Basically, the player just needs enough handymen. If the pathways are cleaned fast and trashcans are emptied regularly there is a high chance of earning this award.

• Most Beautiful Park Award

This is awarded if the park has a lot of scenery objects, especially near the paths. Mowing the lawns and watering flowers also increases the chances to get this award.

• Safest Park Award

The player has to keep the reliability of the rides up to earn this. Inspections should be set to every 10 Minutes for each ride. More mechanics should be hired if necessary.

• Park With The Best Roller Coasters Award

To get this award, there have to be many roller coasters in the park. Furthermore, they need a high Excitement Rating.

• Best Park Food Award

This award requires many different food stalls. It's both variety and quantity that count for this award.

Loopy Landscapes

• Best Bathroom Facilities Award

This is probably the easiest one to get. The player needs to build many bathrooms and keep them free of charge OR not more expensive than 10 cents.

• Best Staff Award

The more staff is hired, the higher the probability of earning this award.

• Park With The Best Water Rides Award

Building many different water rides will increase the chance to earn this award, as well as high Excitement Ratings on these rides.

Negative Awards

Negative awards will reduce the amount of guests coming to the park and reduce the park rating, so they should be avoided at all costs.

Base Game

• Worst Value Park Award

This is awarded if the entry fee and/or ride admissions are too high. The player should check the guests thoughts to see which rides are too expensive and drop the prices. If rides age, the guests won't pay as much as before, so checking prices regularly is important. Empty queue lines are also an indicator for too high ride admissions.

• Untidiest Park Award

If the player gets this award, there are not enough handymen and/or litter bins in the park. If patrol routes are set, they should be checked if some areas were missed out.

• Most Disappointing Park Award

This award is given to a park that has almost no rides, or if the entry fee is too high. Building more rides and/or reducing the entry fee are recommended.

• Worst Park Food Award

This is awarded if there are not enough food stalls, or not enough variety. Checking if many guests are hungry or thirsty will show which of the problems it is. If they are hungry, more stalls are needed. If they are not, different stalls shoud be researched and added.

• Best Value Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Worst Value Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Tidiest Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Most Untidy Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Most Beautiful Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Worst Scenery Award

This is awarded if lots of guests in the player's park don't

like the scenery in it. The player must build the scenery that the guests will like.

• Safest Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Park With The Best Roller Coasters Award

Same as RCT.

• Best Park Food Award

Same as RCT.

• Worst Park Food Award

Same as RCT.

• Most Disappointing Park Award

Same as RCT.

• Best Bathroom Facilities Award

Same as RCT.

• Best Water Rides Award

This is awarded if the water rides in the player's park

are really popular. They should not be at a very high intensity level in order to get this award.

• Best Gentle Rides Award

This is awarded if the gentle rides in the player's park

are really popular. To get this award, the player's gentle rides become really nice to the guests.

• Best Custom-Designed Rides Award

This is awarded if any custom-designed rides are really popular

in the player's park. They all must be not at a very high intensity level to get this award.

• Most Dazzling Ride Color Schemes Award

This is awarded if the color schemes for a ride are

really dazzling. Dazzling colors help the player get this award.

• Most Confusing Park Layout Award

This is awarded if the layout of the player's park is confusing.

2 examples are ride entrances on park pathways, or having guests not know where the exit is.

• Best Staff Award

Same as RCT.

• Cleanest Footpaths in the Country Award

This is awarded in a similar way to the Tidiest Park award.
