One much easier way to to do this park: Demolish every and all rides. Set your research to rollercoasters only, which will give you the steel rollercoaster next. While waiting for it, build stalls and clean up a lot of path. When you get the steel rollercoaster, start placing down tons of different variations of the Shuttle Loop (this is a good idea in general, since they are incredibly cheap and extremely popular). Increase the admission fee of the park to about 60 or 70 (something you should always do), while making all rides free.

And done, you have just finished the park. I usually finish this park with over 50.000 company value.
