A prehistoric theme park with large mountains, which can be trouble landscape to work with, can be a great source of tunnels. The rest of the map is offers to buy, but 75$ per tile is not always recommended.

Like the previous Time Twister expert scenarios, this scenario having a park value objective too, making it harder by asking you to repay your loan, that is not that big since you are limited to take only $12,000 of loan, and in the start you already have $7,000 from it, so even though loan interest is high, it won't eat your money, but gaining money going to be hard anyway, since you are limited in space.

At the start, it is recommended to research only thrill and gentle rides, as soon they will be over, after that starts researching roller coasters, you might want to overprice some rides to make things go faster. you don't have time limit, use that, once you think you have enough money, build a coaster, in the start building only cheap coasters like wild mine ride, water coaster and junior coaster after researching those, after ride tickets sell are getting high.

At some point, research transport rides, since you might want to get an elevator to build also on the mountains which can be really good spots for expansions without the isometric view which limiting the views on the park.

A couple of expensive coasters at the end will get you the park value you want, and the advantage of only $12,000 loan is showing it's signs, since you can easily repaying your loan and beat this scenario.
