Overview
Big Pier is a pier with an entrance but no land, just construction rights land. Because of this, it is a very unique park. This is also a park where you start from scratch. It's small and has a fairly easy objective.
This scenario is known as Paradise Pier in the European version of the game.

Remember:
|
First of all, delete the middle paths connect one side of the park to the other, this makes there be more room in the middle of the park and make there be room for a bigger-than-Shuttle Loop roller coaster. Secondly, Big Pier should be easy to beat if you know what your doing. Be aware of where your construction rights end, for that's like the border of the park. With no construction rights or land ready to buy, it's small size may be possible.
If done correctly, you should beat Big Pier's objective with no trouble at all.
