Objectives

Apprentice: Guests in park: 200. Min coaster excitement: 4, 1 coaster.

Entrepreneur: Repay Loan. Min coaster excitement: 5, 2 coasters.

Tycoon: Guests in park: 500. Min coaster speed: 58.16 mph, 1 coaster.

Scenario Guide

I reccommend paying off your loan at the start of the game, and then delete any scenery that will get you money. As a bonus, that will open up room to build ThrillLift Extreme in the back of the park, as well. However, if guests don't go back to it, you can just close it because that will reduce the amount of money it costs you and the objective never specifies that the coaster has to be open (don't worry, the author of this page has already exploited above loophole). Then build a Wooden Crazy rodent coaster for your second coaster and you should beat this scenario fairly quickly.
