The problem that stands in the start of this scenario is the fact you need to earn some money to build coasters, so start by pricing the pre-built rides as you see fit in and build any flat gentle\thrill ride, if you still have some money, build one of the cheap coaster types and give it a good price, you shouldn't be too fast, as you have the whole 5 years to build, and if you build too fast, your park value will drop.
As the money starts flowing to your pocket, mark "Roller Coasters" in research and development and make an expensive one, to rush your park value, if you reach year 4, start building the rest of your coasters, as money will be no problem to you, and begin repaying your loan.
In year 5, you should build a giga coaster if you didn't build one until now, if you stopped expanding in front of the park and moved to the back of the city, you should consider using the giga coaster as transportation beteween the sections. Hopefully, you should have beat the scenario by then, and you may also want to build a wooden in year 5, to ensure you don't fail.
If all that had been done, you can sit back and relax. This scenario may not be as hard as other "Expert Scenarios", but it can still challenge you to do things slightly different.
