Overview

Built in the middle of the desert, this theme park contains just one roller coaster but has room for expansion.

Dynamite Dunes is a fairly simple scenario, being the second in the game. You have three times the amount of time than you did for Forest Frontiers, and a larger guest requirement. There is plenty of room for roller coasters and other rides, and the hills are good practice for building rides underground, which is always a handy skill to have.

Pre-Built Rides:

  • Dynamite Blaster (Mine Train Roller Coaster)
Excitement Rating: 6.65 (High)
Intensity Rating: 8.18 (Very High)
Nausea Rating: 5.18 (High)
Initial Pricing: $3.00
Age: New

Scenario Guide

Remember:
  • The Scenario Guide below is only a suggested strategy for completing this scenario—it may not work for all players.
  • The General Scenario Guide and Hints and Tips articles may also provide helpful information in completing this scenario.
  • There are usually multiple strategies to successfully completing a scenario; these can be discussed on the scenario's discussion page or written down in an existing or additional section of this article.

This scenario is not too difficult. You should start off building stalls, a few rides, maybe a coaster. Prioritize researching the Information Kiosk. The loan is limited to only 15k so make good use of it. You should extend the path after around year one for more rides. This scenario is a little hilly so you can put some underground rides. Also note that the first thrill ride up is the Go-Karts. If used correctly, the Go-Karts are a great money-for-space efficient ride. Meddle around with some tracks until you find a good one. Remember that by year three, you will NEED a fair amount of handymen for the mess, otherwise your park rating might go below 600. Overall, this isn't hard. Land is recommended not to be purchased.
