In RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, the Wooden Twister Roller Coaster was combined with the traditional Wooden Roller Coaster, with the additions of vertical loops.
In Real Life
- Although the vertical loop is often in the RollerCoaster Tycoon games, only one wooden coaster has had a legitimate loop. The ride was Son of Beast in Kings Island. Son Of Beast had it's loop removed in the winter of 2006/2007 becuase of a maintenance costs. the ride is currently Standing But Not Operating (SBNO).

Dan Wolfe/The Amazing Earl created a downloadable Wooden Roller Coaster train called the Dream Woodie Coaster Trains. Nothing special about the vehicle themselves, but the RIDERS are animated. They raise their arms over their heads on hills and lean side to side against banked turns...like REAL Riders would. It is compatible with existing Wooden Coaster tracks.
