Hi, I saw your messages on other's talk pages. Both these people are inactive at the moment, so I thought I'd help you out. I', afraid I can't give you the rights because A) To become an administrator, you will have to prove to us that you are able to be trusted with the extra tools, and that you know how to use them. Basically, you can't be an administrator right away, you've got to edit regulary for some time, and then admin rights should come without you needing to ask. and B) I don't actually have the power to grant rights, and I don't know who does. Sorry about that.
