:I'm not exactly sure about what you are referring to when you say the "Build-a-Ride tab", but I can confirm that the deluxe edition comes with both expansions. I'm not sure if they sell the expansion packs separately anymore. |

I think it would be best if you only created guides from your personal experience, because walkthroughs are sometimes copyrighted, and we shouldn't be illegally taking their stuff.
