Re: Scenario Guides

I think it would be best if you only created guides from your personal experience, because walkthroughs are sometimes copyrighted, and we shouldn't be illegally taking their stuff.

I'm not exactly sure about what you are referring to when you say the "Build-a-Ride tab", but I can confirm that the deluxe edition comes with both expansions. I'm not sure if they sell the expansion packs separately anymore.
