Change in Protection/Question

Hello, I was wondering if you could assist me in a simple task, I would like to edit to main page of the wiki but it is protected and both of our sysops are inactive so if you could change the main page to unprotected or at least semi protected so that I could edit it, I would greatly appreciate it. I also have a question, why does the orange, message box state "You have a new message on RollerCoaster Tycoon" when I am on a different wiki, is there a way that the word Wiki could be added after RollerCoaster Tycoon?
