From RollerCoaster Tycoon Wiki Wiki, the RollerCoaster Tycoon encyclopedia that anyone can edit.

The problem is that we have to find some secure place to upload scenarios, and it probably would be hard to set that up for free.

We could create an email for this site/contest specifically, and attach scenarios to it, but that has security vulnerabilities as well.

We could also just have people upload pictures to Imageshack/Flickr or other sites like that, and judge based on that.
