The construction rights extend the park's usable space into the beach, where tracked rides can be constructed.

The pre-built wooden roller coaster ''Dipper'' is similar in design to a roller coaster - named ''[[w:c:rollercoaster:Big Dipper (Pleasure Beach Blackpool)|Big Dipper]]'' - currently operating at [[w:c:rollercoaster:Pleasure Beach Blackpool|Pleasure Beach Blackpool]], including a unique station and lift hill design. The real ''Big Dipper'', along with the rest of Pleasure Beach Blackpool, was itself later re-created and featured in-game in the park [[Blackpool Pleasure Beach]]. The ''Big Dipper'' featured in Blackpool Pleasure Beach is also remarkably similar to the ''Dipper''in Bumbly Beach.
