Unfortunately, this is a Paid admission, free ride park. This seems like an easy park at first, but there's a catch, you can't close and reopen your park. Development is very slow in this park, because of that. Every dollar earned counts. To beat this scenario you need patience, because money builds up slowly.

Your Park rating will only be a problem in the beginning, but once you have a developed park, you should be okay. If you're really desperate put scenery, but destroy it when you have cash. Don't build huge coasters, because in this scenario they'd be a waste of money. Build small coasters, go karts, thrill and gentle rides, after three or four years you should beat this scenario.
