The Giant ferris wheel was introduced in RCT3 Wild!

Construction

The Giant ferris wheel has over 30 capsuals that are enclosed unlike the ferris wheel in all incarnations of the game. Like the ferris wheel in RCT3 this ride has lights on its struts that come out of the center. It is much larger then the normal ferris wheel
