A crash on Penguin Paradise, a pre-installed Penguin Bobsleigh design, in RCT2's Roller Coaster Designer. The crash is caused by Train 2 flying off the track boundary at the last drop before the station at approximately 74 km/h and was achieved by replacing the brake section before the last turn with a normal track. Under normal operating conditions, the default track design is very prone to crashing if it suffers a Brakes Failure breakdown.
And no, the file name is not a typo.
