The Extended Coaster being ridden by Peeps.

The Extended Coaster is a Steel rollercoaster in RCT3. It has a wide range of elements including Diving Loops, Diagonal brakes, and Incline Loops.

The Extended Coaster

The Extended Coaster comes with the RCT3: Wild! expansion pack. The track is styled after Bolliger and Mabillard roller coasters, and is popular due to the large array and versatility of pieces included.

Because of this, the Extended Coaster is popular among Creators and CTR makers, thanks to the range of track pieces available.

All track pieces that come with the extended coaster were accessible with the standard RCT3, but they could not officially be used together until Wild! came out.

Of the different in game cars available of Extended Track, all are B&M style cars except the default "Drifting Coaster" car which is based on Maurer Sohne's X-Car design.

It is also one of the few coasters that can do over 90 degree drop, alongside the Towering Coaster and the Mini Coaster.

The Extended Coaster's in-game icon.

Trivia

  • The default car design is based on the Maurer Sohne X-Car.
  • It is one of the most used rollercoasters in the entire franchise.
