Career mode is a game mode introduced in RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 in which a player takes on different scenarios of increasing difficulties. Each scenario has three successive sets of objectives (apprentice, entrepreneur and tycoon), and achieving these objectives unlocks new scenarios, which are more difficult. If either expansion pack is installed, the new scenarios appear in a separate career in this mode, with separate save files. Each career mode set may have multiple saves, and each scenario in one save may have multiple saves.
