{{Sgreminder}}First off, take out some if not all of your loan, because $2,000 really isn't enough money to start your park and you don't have to repay it here anyway. Then, build a small roller coaster (Hardwood works excellently) and a non-coaster tracked ride. Build platform rides and another roller coaster until you achieve your apprentice and/or entrepreneur goals. For the tycoon level do the same, execpt it is recommended to buy land as the park expands. Do not buy all the land at once or the park may run out of money. Oh, and if you hire janitors MAKE SURE you shut off the option to have them water gardens because I've had janitors wander out of my park just to water flowers.
{{Sgreminder}}As repaying the loan isn't needed to complete this scenario, players should definitely take out the maximum loan, as $2000 isn't enough to undertake serious construction. A small roller coaster (Hardwood works excellently) and a non-coaster tracked ride would be a great start, and would take serious players all the way to the entrepreneur goal. Accessing the Tycoon goal would however requie park expansion, and precautious expansion at that.

A way to make easy money without having to take a loan is to mark all of the park with the delete tool and remove all scenery, it will give you about $17,000.
Two other solid tips for this scenario would involve shutting out the option for janitors to water gardens, and to consider deletion of the whole scenery for an easy $17,000.
