The stations for roller coasters and other tracked rides should be built on the edge of the cliff, so they don't fill up important space. Of course, this map will require custom designs. The tip would be to build them underground : the cliff walls are perfect for that, and will not only save the player some valuable space, but also increase the rides' excitement ratings and keep on drawing guests when it is raining. Players also can build a path down to the water and build there without raising the land, though it should not be necessary at all. This still can be done for filling the map after this scenario's complete.
Think twice when you want to place a ride somewhere; there is a very limited amount of usable tiles on this map. Just make sure that there's a wide variation of gentle/thrill rides, and this map shouldn't be too hard. Remember:
  • The Scenario Guide below is only a suggested strategy for completing this scenario—it may not work for all players.
  • The General Scenario Guide and Hints and Tips articles may also provide helpful information in completing this scenario.
  • There are usually multiple strategies to successfully completing a scenario; these can be discussed on the scenario's discussion page or written down in an existing or additional section of this article.

Since there's only a limited amount of space available in Whispering Cliffs, it's advised to any player to concentrate on smaller rides, like small footprint coasters, thrill and gentle rides. It doesn't really matter where the rides are placed, but no player should forget, now that the No-Entry signs are available, to use them and block off the pathes to the side where there aren't any rides, simply because people will wander there aimlessly, and lose both their energy and happiness.

It's important to think twice before placing a ride somewhere ; usable flat land is very limited on this map. But as long as there's a wide variation of gentle/thrill rides, and this map shouldn't be too hard. The park also consists of parts of sea which covers the whole shoreline for 4 or 5 tiles. Raising this land will give some extra building space, but at the expense of draining the park's finances down to the bottom of the sea. However, they will serve perfectly for tall rollercoasters such as the Corkscrew Rollercoaster.

Here, the worst is the terrain, but the scenario's objective isn't hard at all to get : the main difficulty here is to start a proper layout.
