Could someone from Wikia with good technical knowledge do something to help fix the broken "Table of Contents" on this wiki?

For example, the weird whitespace [[User_talk:Dolphanatic|on this page]] is actually the malfunctioning TOC.

I'm guessing the problem is in css or something; but that's beyond my working-knowledge, as well as my user-rights.

I've used <code><nowiki>__NOTOC__</nowiki></code> as a workaround on important pages; and inserted that magic-word into a frequently used infobox. But it's still a workaround losing the TOC feature, and the annoying problem still exists.
