From what I understand, these "handicaps" are suppose to be special settings used to make certain aspects of the game harder to achieve. For this page, its referring to two handicaps. The first handicap where guests are harder to attract, and the second handicap is the park rating becoming harder to achieve 999. The tables show which scenarios have these handicaps, as well as whether they have one of the handicaps, or both of them. Confused...?

What is this page actually telling us? I don't really know what it's meaning by a "handicap", or what the tables represent. Can someone explain?User:Lachlan5963/SigReal
