The Sub Sandwich Stall is a highly payable food stall in the first two RollerCoaster Tycoon games. It doesn't create any form of rubbish, which denies the need for litter bins. Its profit per item is also reasonable, so it's a really good idea to build some of these in a park.

This food stall is very good to build when you need that extra bit of money, because the stock price only cuts it by $0.50. It's also good due to that it makes no rubbish so that you don't have to waste your money on bins.
