Six Flags Over texas, is the toughest 'real parks' scenario, since you need to bring 3,5000 guests and watch out for your rating and unlike Six Flags holland scenario, you don't get much room to work with, as the land is crumpy, but there's an open land near the Texas Giant and Shockwave, which can bring you oppoturnity to build massive coaster, but before you go and do that, you need to do some managing stuff.

First thing to do, is advertive the park with free cupoun compaign, now, raise the entre fee to 55$, since guests in this scenario walk to the park with about 65 to 95 dollars, you can raise the entry fee later to get extra money, but don't take a loan at all, since loan interest can eat your head, so advertive every time about 2-3 weeks, and you will get your money fast to reapy your loan early.

Now, stop the game and go to Oil Derrick, close it down, and take people out from above, since guests are lost there, since it's not connected to the the main path system of the park, in the real life the elevator is like an unlimited observation tower, but in the game it's a source of guests getting lost, so after all guests are out, delete it and all the scenery as well, and you got some little money to repay your loan.

Now, while the game paused, check out for guests opinions, do some learning of the park and unpause, now, put research on gentle and thrill rides, since you will want to raise the capcity of the park, while you are doing that, put benches and trash cans around, you start with pretty big staff, set them patrol areas as well to take car of healthty park, you might want to hire extra mechanics or security guards, as well as entertainers, after you do that, spread your food and drinks stalls, since there is a lot of areas where guests are hungry, do a complex system - for every corner drink stall, food stall and a restroom, now you won't have to worry about the rating, just keep to listen to your guessts thoughts.

In year 2, you will probably repayed your loan, you might want to replace research to roller coasters or water rides to build more attractive rides, money should be no problem, but it's good to keep doing free coupons for free food or drinks. Try to build mainly coasters, and water rides above smaller rides, but don't run out of space, so some space managment skills will help.

In the end, you will get 3,500 guests, it's depends of how often you build your rides, advertisinge is great for this park, as you can get 2,000 guests in the first year only by coupons for free food. it might be annoying sometimes as the path system is somewhat dizzy the guests out, so watch out for crowded parts, as with 3,000 guests it will be one giant mess of guests, which might kill your rating.

Don't hurry, you have unlimited time, use that. If you have experienced with beating other Six Flags scenario (not include the easy magic mountaing) , you shouldn't have so much trouble, if you haven't, the other will go easy on you. generally, this park is good example for what "Real Parks" scenarios is.
