Build lots of rides, mostly roller coasters. Keep in mind that there are only 3 types of roller coasters available from the start, and the only thrill ride is a Swinging Ship, so you'll want to put most of your research on roller coasters and thrill rides. Although the hilly terrain makes construction more difficult, you can build some rides underground to remedy this.
