This Scenario is not hard if you know what you're doing. To start off, build 1 Roller Coaster - to the left of the entrance is a small bit of flat ground which is optimal for building a small roller coaster. Add a gentle ride and a thrill ride. The information kiosk is not as important, as it is unlikely that guests will get lost in the small park. It does rain a fair bit, though, so the umbrellas will come in handy. Food shops should be added along with a few bathrooms and the park can be expanded at a medium pace. You should only need one or two roller coasters to keep guests happy, so spend your money on smaller rides that will still attract guests. The 'Free Food/Drinks' marketing campaign can be put to good use here, as it attracts guests and should return more than what it costs. Overall Mothball Mountain is a pretty simple scenario, even if the time is a bit strained.
