Each time a new pair of guests enter, the Ferris Wheel spins around the number of times indicated in the Operations Options tab. This can add up quickly, so keep that number low, or guests will complain that they want to get off. Also, put the Ferris Wheel up where guests can see out; when done correctly, it will raise the excitement a little.
Giant Ferris Wheel
In RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Wild! there is a larger version of the ferris wheel called Giant Ferris Wheel. It is larger and can hold more guests.
