Atari is a company that decided to sponsor Roller Coaster Tycoon. The first game so far that they have sponsored is RollerCoaster Tycoon 3.
The company began its roots in Utah. Two engineers, whose names were Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney, decided to form a videogame company in 1971. Its former name was Syzygy, then changed its name and became the famous Atari company.
It is still a thriving success up to this point.
