This is a fairly easy scenario, it’s possible to win in less than 15-20 minutes. The pre-built rides bring enough total monthly ride income to fulfill up to the Tycoon goal, which means players shouldn’t bother with building any other rides. Instead, a few food, drinks, souvenir stalls and information kiosks if wanted, even though they’re not necessary. The "Sell 20 monkey balloons in 60 days" challenge will pop up (they’re sold at the Safari Hat so building one or two as soon as possible is a solid idea upfront) and comfort the successful player with a cash prize of $1,000.

The next step for players is to build a fairly big chain fence enclosure. The lowest big flat plateau at the other side of the lake should be an ideal place for that, but it's actually wiser not to use up the whole plateau for this enclosure. Some ape houses (terraforming might help), and 10 chimps to populate said enclosure. With that, any player should pass apprentice at least.

For the entrepreneur, players just have to buy 20 orang-utans in the same enclosure (which explains why it should be fairly big). Despite it not being necessary, players can connect the enclosure with a path the other side of the park where the rides are.

Once that’s done, players can attack the last part of the mission : building an electric fence enclosure, about the same size as the other, next to it on the plateau. It will also need some ape houses (and maybe some terraforming) and 30 gorillas. It’s quite likely for most players not to have enough money in bank for all the apes but they can just take as much loan as necessary, as it isn't required for players to pay it back anyway in order to reach the final objective. With the 30 gorillas, the park value probably has reached the required amount too. If not, a handful of rides should do the trick.
