Whispering Cliffs

A small piece of land featuring huge cliffs. The goal is to create a park that is worth $17,000 at the end of three years time. This is impeded by the fact the cliffs are relatively narrow, and there are gaps that can cause coasters and flat rides to exceed their height limitations.
